Hepsia's Email Manager is a one-stop e-mail management solution, which will grant you total command over your email accounts and email newsletters. With this intuitive graphical user interface, you can create a new mailbox in no time and administer its settings effortlessly. Also, you can redirect e-mails from one e-mail box account to another, create email filters, set up auto-response messages and secure your mailboxes against unsolicited bulk mails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can protect all your email boxes against unsolicited bulk mail messages. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make certain that no unrequested messages will find their way into your email mailbox. Your emails will be filtered out based on their spam score. You can also decide whether an electronic mail message marked as spam should be deleted or forwarded to a particular email mailbox.
Email Filters
E-mail filters are excellent for filtrating your incoming e-mail messages based on certain rules specified by you. Setting up email filters is very easy - all you have to do is fill in a simple form and your e-mail filter will be activated and will go into effect instantly. You can easily create a mail filter for any of your email mailbox accounts and change the mail filtering criteria according to your preference.
Email Forwarding
You can easily redirect your incoming emails from one mailbox account to another, or even to several other e-mail box accounts. Simply choose the email box you would like to redirect mails from, then specify the destination e-mail box and select if you would like to keep a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager graphical user interface, you can easily set up the e-mail client of your preference to access your e-mailbox accounts. Simply navigate to the Auto-Config column next to the electronic mail account you wish to set up on your PC or cell phone and click on the e-mail client that you wish to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your email client and the new electronic mail account will be set up in a minute.

With the Email Manager, managing multiple mail accounts simultaneously is a breeze. The Email Manager user interface will also enable you to quickly create an auto-reply message - specify the message you would like people to view and our system will handle everything else.
